For collaborations with Dancing Spirit, CUCC, STVideo, and Creativity Alive

I grant associates of Community United Church of Christ (CUCC), Creativity Alive and Dancing Spirit Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching LLC, and ST Video the right to take photographs and videos of me in connection with Healing Journey events. I agree that CUCC, Creativity Alive and Dancing Spirit Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching LLC and ST Video may use such photographs in print or electronic form for any lawful purpose, including for example web and social media content, promotions and news releases. They agree to only release images that are respectful of me. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the photographs, videos, any written copy or finished product.
